- A 10,000 Ltr Stainless Steel Pressure Vessel is a large industrial container designed to safely store, process, or transport fluids or gases at pressures higher than atmospheric levels. With a capacity of 10,000 liters (10KL), this vessel is commonly used in industries like chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing, oil and gas, and petrochemicals. Made from high-quality stainless steel, the vessel offers strength, durability, and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for handling a wide range of substances under varying temperature and pressure conditions.

A Limpeted Chemical Reactor is a specialized reaction vessel designed for chemical processes that require precise temperature control through indirect heating or cooling. This is achieved by welding limpet coils—external half-pipe coils—onto the outer surface of the reactor shell and/or bottom dish. These coils carry heating or cooling fluids such as steam, hot oil, or chilled water, allowing effective thermal regulation of the reactor contents.
Constructed typically from stainless steel or carbon steel, limpeted reactors are widely used in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, dyes, resins, and petrochemicals. They provide excellent heat transfer efficiency and are well-suited for handling corrosive, hazardous, or temperature-sensitive materials.
Key Features:-
Material of Construction: Stainless steel (SS304, SS316, SS316L) or carbon steel
-
Thermal Control: Limpet coils for indirect heating/cooling with fluids like steam, hot oil, or chilled water
-
Agitation: Equipped with suitable agitators (anchor, turbine, paddle) for uniform mixing
-

Limpeted Chemical Reactor is a temperature-controlled reaction vessel designed for efficient heating and cooling in chemical processing applications where accurate thermal management is essential.
Description:
A Limpeted Chemical Reactor is a cylindrical or vertical vessel fitted with external limpet coils (half-pipe jackets) welded helically around the reactor shell. These coils allow heating or cooling media—such as steam, hot oil, thermic fluid, chilled water, or brine—to circulate evenly over the vessel surface, providing uniform and rapid heat transfer during chemical reactions.
The reactor is typically equipped with an internal agitator, baffles, inlet/outlet nozzles, manhole, pressure relief devices, and process instrumentation. The limpeted design offers high mechanical strength and is suitable for operations under vacuum, atmospheric, or pressure conditions.
Key Features:
